Blog Tour: The Marriage Arrangement by Jennifer Probst (Marriage to a Billionaire #4.5 Review)

Today we are celebrating the release of THE MARRIAGE ARRANGEMENT by Jennifer Probst. This is a novella in the Marriage to a Billionaire series and it is part of 1001 Dark Nights.

From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Jennifer Probst comes a new story in her Marriage to a Billionaire series. The Book of Spells returns in this sparkling addition to the series!

She had run from her demons…

Caterina Victoria Windsor fled her family winery after a humiliating broken engagement, and spent the past year in Italy rebuilding her world. But when Ripley Savage shows up with a plan to bring her back home, and an outrageous demand for her to marry him, she has no choice but to return to face her past. But when simple attraction begins to run deeper, Cat has to decide if she’s strong enough to trust again…and strong enough to stay…

He vowed to bring her back home to be his wife…

Rip Savage saved Windsor Winery, but the only way to make it truly his is to marry into the family. He’s not about to walk away from the only thing he’s ever wanted, even if he has to tame the spoiled brat who left her legacy and her father behind without a care. When he convinces her to agree to a marriage arrangement and return home, he never counted on the fierce sexual attraction between them to grow into something more. But when deeper emotions emerge, Rip has to fight for something he wants even more than Winsor Winery: his future wife.

**Every 1001 Dark Nights novella is a standalone story. For new readers, it’s an introduction to an author’s world. And for fans, it’s a bonus book in the author’s series. We hope you’ll enjoy each one as much as we do.**

The Marriage Arrangement is book 4.5 in the Marriage to a Billionaire series by Jennifer Probst. It can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading the entire series because it is fantastic.

I love Jennifer Probst. Her Marriage to a Billionaire series is one of my all-time favorites. It is superb. I’ve read it like three times and I cannot recommend it enough. So you can probably tell I was over the moon when I saw she was coming up with a little new addition to the series and… you’d be wrong. It’s been a while since I last re-read this series so I may or may not have forgotten how amazing it was (literally worst memory over here) BUT this little novella refreshed my memory and now I’m back to loving this series—and Jennifer Probst—an awful lot.

The Marriage Arrangement is a novella. Because it is a short story things move fairly quickly (actually a few months go by in this novella so I’m not even sure “quickly” is the correct word… probably not), however it never feels rushed. In my opinion the pacing fit the story and characters perfectly. It is also a story that carries a lot of emotion and romance despite being so short. I was quite amazed at how unbelievably swoon worthy the story was because I never find novellas absolutely romantic.

Caterina and Rip are one of my favorite couples ever! Their relationship starts out surprisingly “normal”. I say “normal” because it actually starts like any other relationship and that wasn’t something I expected with this book being a marriage of convenience and all that jazz. It was refreshing and breathtaking and I loved everything about their connection/relationship. I couldn’t help but root for them because they are both such loving, caring, mature and down to earth characters.

As always Jennifer’s writing is gorgeous, classy, sexy and romantic. It was impossible for me to put down this story even for a second and I hope the same thing happens to y’all if you (which you totally should!) decide to pick up this book. I 10/10 definitely recommend.
