“The Wolf has played me for a fool.”
I’ve no clue who is hunting me, but he demands I complete his tests. I fear if I can’t figure out his identity, he’ll kill me just like he said.
His eyes were blue the last time I looked into them, but now when he glares at me they’re green. Is the Wolf playing dress up? Or are there two monsters who have stolen me?
“Did you think I’d make this easy for you, Red? Are you ready to play again?” – The Wolf
I want out of this nightmare, and the only way to do that is to win.
I need to win.

Here’s what we know/what happened in the first book:
The Wolf hates Morgan. We don’t know why.
He kidnapped her and wants her to play this crazy game that we know nothing about but will probably end pretty badly.
Reid, Morgan’s husband, is doing everything in his power to find his wife.
Also, no one knows who the Wolf is. Is he even a real person?! Who knows?!
Here’s what we know/what happened in the second book:
We know Morgan and Reid have been hiding some things. And because of those secrets Reid becomes a suspect for a second. All of that happens while The Wolf keeps playing games/torturing Morgan.
Aaaand we still have no clue who The Wolf is or why he’s doing what he’s doing.
After reading this third book I no longer thing Reid is involved with Morgan’s kidnapping. Through the entire book you are able to read his thoughts and it seems like he truly is suffering. He misses his wife and there is just no way he is involved. I think…
You are able to get inside Morgan’s mind too and she’s getting weaker by the minute. The Wolf is still playing games with her and she is clearly suffering a lot. I don’t know if she’ll make it out alive anymore!
There are a couple of chapters told from The Wolf’s point of view and it seems like he’s getting closer to killing Morgan. He’s a nut job. And he’s a great actor. I think he’s pretending to be someone else, I feel like we’ve already meet him in the previous books?! I don’t know! I’m going mad!
Towards the end things start getting exciting.
We still don’t know who The Wolf is exactly but Morgan thinks she discovered who he is. I’m not sure about her discovery though, I feel like it was way too easy and it makes no sense to me but I guess we’ll see!
We still don’t know why The Wolf made all of this mess. I NEED ANSWERS.
This book started out not very trilling and ended up in major edge-of-my-seat excitement.
We are getting very close to getting our answers and I can’t wait! You better start reading this series!
